To place an order, browse our collection, select the size/color of the item you want, click "Add to Bag", and then navigate to checkout. Follow the prompts to input shipping details and select your payment method.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact our support team at support@bombchic.com or call us immediately with your order ID.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and popular digital wallets. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. COD orders may have handling charges which will be displayed during checkout.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping (available for select pincodes) takes 2-4 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Some items like masks or intimate wear may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
